Post-Closing
New File - Please send pre-titles and new orders to our orders@dreamtitle.com email.
This team will be your point of contact from the beginning of your transaction through scheduling a closing.
Your contacts here will be Katie, Taylor, Shani, Laura, and Katelyn.
In Process - Once the file is clear to close and scheduled, our closings department will be processing and working up your documents along with scheduling your closing.
Your contacts here will be Alli, Christine, Kim, and Lisa.
Post Close - Once the file closes, it gets passed on to our post closing department where they will disburse the file and send out any packages that need to be sent. They also handle recording of the Deeds, Mortgages, etc.
